By registering as a Founding Member at tismethod.com/tactical-intimacy/book-owners, you (“Member”) agree to these terms and conditions with Erdem Ergin LLC, d/b/a TIS Method (“Company”).
Founding Member registration is available exclusively to verified purchasers of “Tactical Intimacy: The TIS Method.” Proof of purchase is required via Amazon order number. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
The TIS Companion App is currently in development. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the specific launch date, features, or availability of the app.
All content provided to Founding Members is protected by copyright and is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Founding Member materials without prior written consent.
Your registration data will be used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal information.
By registering, you consent to receive email communications related to your Founding Member status. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
The Company reserves the right to revoke Founding Member status if registration information is found to be fraudulent or if these Terms are violated.
The Company’s total liability to any Founding Member shall not exceed the purchase price of the Book.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of material changes via email.
