Before You Begin: A Note on Pelvic Floor Health

This system trains you to first strengthen, then fully relax your pelvic floor. If you currently have pelvic pain, difficulty relaxing these muscles, a constant "always on" tension, or a history of over-training (for example, years of frequent Kegels), a contraction-based protocol may not be right for you. You may have an overactive (hypertonic) pelvic floor, which needs the opposite approach. Consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist before starting. This material is educational and is not a substitute for individualized medical assessment.
